    Why Christian Credit Union can’t live without their business analytics solution

    Ed Dubbeldam, Chief Technology Officer at Christian Credit Union, shared their story of selecting and implementing a solution that would help them gain intelligent insights during the Celero DigitalX Conference in October.

    As Dubbeldam explained, his credit union had a good base understanding of the effect business analytics could have on their organization, but to gain an impactful level of insight, Christian Credit Union knew they needed an experienced technology partner to help them implement the right solution.

For instance, Christian Credit Union can now see areas of geographical opportunity with their members. The tool will enable them to refine training and staff allocations, based on member analytics received.

     

    “In only one month, we have already started to gather valuable intelligence we didn’t have before,” says Dubbeldam, adding that they have a deeper knowledge of in-branch transactions, which in turn is creating a stronger in-branch member experience.
