The tool will enable them to refine training and staff allocations, based on member analytics received.
“In only one month, we have already started to gather valuable intelligence we didn’t have before,” says Dubbeldam, adding that they have a deeper knowledge of in-branch transactions, which in turn is creating a stronger in-branch member experience.
